Yesterday I had a water problem and was so lucky that I had one of Chad's business cards. He showed up within an hour and had me fixed promptly and precise. He was very reasonable in price and left the work area cleaner than he found it. Thank you Chad.
Chad needs a raise!! Very professional and took the time to teach me how to properly maintain my well. He explained everything in a way that someone like me, who is completely clueless about this kind of stuff, could easily understand. Not only did he get my water working again, but I also gained valuable knowledge about my well system and how to take care of it moving forward. I really appreciated his patience, expertise, and willingness to answer all of my questions. It's hard to find someone who genuinely cares about helping their customers understand what's going on. I am very grateful for his help and highly recommend his services. THANK YOU CHAD!
Called Chad when we suddenly lost water and had no idea what was going on. They got back to me pretty quickly and were able to come out and check everything. They found the problem, explained what needed to be done, and got us back up and running. I really appreciated that they didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. They were straightforward, friendly, and knew what they were doing. Definitely glad I called them. If you’re having problems with your well or pump, I’d recommend giving Topside Well Service a call.
