Print Partner was awesome, then they merged with these guys. I gave them two chances. Couldn't even place my second order on their website as it's user interface is ridiculously bad. While waiting the DAYS for support to get back to me I moved on to a printer I can actually work with. Do NOT Recommend these guys.
I recently got a piece of digital art printed and I am honestly amazed at how stunning the print quality is. I also wasn’t sure what kind of paper to use and the person that helped me over the phone was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Really great experience overall.
I'm very pleased with their service: I think their pricing is reasonable for the quality of services they provide. I had five art prints framed, delivered and installed to my condo downtown. The staff were very friendly every step of the way- starting from the initial consult down to the installation service company who they partner with. I've always wanted to install art in my home- but had never actually done it; so I was feeling very out-of-my-depth. Toronto Image Works really went out of their way to translate my vague vision into something tangible.
