Hi Andrew and Tough Shelters team, Thank you all so much for the lovely chilly bag. It’s actually just what we needed as we have misplaced our one. Very timely and much appreciated. We would like to thank you and the team for your beautiful shelter you have built us. We love it. Your team were awesome to have on our property and their workmanship second to none. Very impressed. Have had people asking who built out shelter so we are recommending Tough Shelters to any who ask. Thank you again. Kind regards Julie and Steve Gregory
