All home buyers beware of Northside commons builders. They are the most half ass builders I’ve ever seen. I’ve only been in my house for 3 1/2 years and every single thing that has involved plumbing in my house, has leaked. My walls are lumpy. My a/c unit crapped out. Everywhere you look in the house, you just see half ass stuff. So if I was trying to get into the amazing neighborhood that traditions is, I would go through any other builder in the neighborhood other than Northside commons, as sorry as they get. You’d be much better off with Paran homes.

Polite staff and efficient work. Had some discomfort after a filling but they allowed me to come in and fix it with no extra charge.

Do not purchase your home from TriStar Realty Brian Simmons owner. Very POOR WORKMANSHIP. Nightmare getting them to fix what they sold me! # Do not purchase from TriStar Realty!! #Thank me later!!!
