Extremely disappointing experience with Tradologie. Think twice before paying them. Our experience with Tradologie has been extremely frustrating and financially damaging. We paid for their services with the expectation of receiving genuine business opportunities and export orders, particularly LC backed orders. However, what was promised and what we actually experienced were two very different things. The level of accountability and support from the team has been extremely poor. Despite repeated follow ups, our concerns were not resolved satisfactorily, and we were left chasing the company for answers. We dealt with Shakti, Sudhanshu and Anand, among others, and unfortunately, our experience with the team was extremely disappointing. We expected professional assistance and accountability, but instead experienced repeated delays, changing commitments and very little meaningful resolution. I also have serious concerns regarding the Google reviews of this company. Some of the reviews appear suspicious and do not seem consistent with the experiences we have personally had. Potential customers should therefore do their own due diligence rather than relying solely on the reviews displayed on Google. Based on our experience, we have serious concerns about the transparency and credibility of the business model and the representations made to customers. I would strongly advise anyone considering Tradologie to thoroughly verify everything before making any payment. Get every promise, order, payment term, refund condition and commitment documented in writing. This review is based on our actual experience as a paying customer. We are extremely dissatisfied with the service and the way our concerns have been handled.
