Mr. Harun is the best instructor! Friendly guy and very helpful and welcomed me n my friend with warm service! Had my best experience for my first snow n ski! Would highly recommend you to go with Mr. Harun ! Superb! They picked us up from our hotel on time, and when we arrived at the ski resort, their partners took care of us. The food presentation was excellent.
I would like to give a huge thank you to our tour guide Yusuf, driver, and ski instructor, without them, this trip wouldn’t have been possible.🙏 I want to share the whole journey because, honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect at first. ☺️ I booked the tour through my hotel and had so many questions since I had no preparation and felt a bit confused. From the very beginning, everything was well organised. They picked us up from the hotel and drove us to Erciyes Mountain. Once we arrived, they provided all the equipment we needed: ski trousers, jacket, helmet, goggles, gloves, and boots. We started with a one-hour ski lesson, which was so much fun, even for beginners. After that, we enjoyed a great lunch with options to choose from the menu. In the afternoon, we could decide whether to continue skiing or try other activities. We chose to try sledging and take the cable car to enjoy the amazing views. Even then, the team helped us get the sledge and showed us the way to the cable car. Before leaving, they offered us hot beverages to warm up, which was such a nice touch. Finally, they dropped us back at our hotel. Everything was smooth, enjoyable, and well taken care of. I would 100% recommend this tour and can’t wait to come back! ☺️
We booked the Green Tour with Trip Expert Travel and had a great experience. The staff are friendly, the response to queries via their WhatsApp was prompt and helpful and the tour itself was amazing. Our tour guide, KK, had the depth and breadth of knowledge to bring the locations to life and took the time to talk to all 12 of us and answer our questions. Our driver Harun was reliable and was always waiting for us when we finished our visits. The Selime Monastery is a must-see and we were also very lucky to fit in Nar Lake despite it not being in the original plan. A brilliant day out that really helps you to understand the complex history of this incredible area of Turkiye. All fees were included in the ticket price along with lunch. Since then, we've booked our airport transfer with them and they've been very helpful.
