Amazing clinic, one of the best vets I've been to. Very professional, positive, and helpful. I love this place. The doctors are brilliant, Dr. Louy and Dr. Khalid are honestly the best. They handled my cats with the best care. I rescued 2 cats and brought them in, and the team accepted them and gave the best treatment at a very affordable and fair price, quickly too. The medicines have worked well every time, and they're always available for us, 24/7. I got my cat neutered there as well, and they followed up properly and also offered boarding at a really good price. The staff are gentle and patient with the cats, even the nervous or scared ones, and they take the time to explain everything clearly instead of rushing you out. Appointments are easy to book and they're accommodating with timings too. I have no negative feedback for them at all. The clinic is hygienic, clean, and well maintained. The receptionist is lovely and always ready to help. They've consistently handled my cats with care and always follow up with calls to check on them after treatment. It genuinely feels like they care about the animals, not just the business. 10/10, highly recommended!
