Clean store always well stocked! Staff is extremely helpful and kind at this location! I've never had a bad service experience and ive always had help when I needed it!

I have shopped at Ultas all over this country and i have never actually had a customer service issue until today. I was waiting in line while two gals were behind the counter, one lovely and the other in a dusty pink blouse blonde hair with black underneath and a snobby look on her face when she promptly ignored me after halting her conversation with the gal who was just trying to help a customer out at her register and fully turned around to "complete a task" and then turn and walk to the clinique area to bother another gal actually doing her job to "please deal with this so i can go on break". After dusty pink blouse disappeared to the break room, the fun gal from clinique happily came over and gave me a fantastic experience, the kind I hope my employees at my business give to my customers every time they shop with me. I would be absolutely MORTIFIED if i ever witnessed an employee be so disrespectful to a long standing faithful customer, whether or not they look act or think differently than i do. This was severely disheartening and hurtful to experience and I will just be ordering online from here on. A computer doesn't judge me while I'm repurchasing some of my regular items.

I love the store and the wide variety of products they have to offer, but dislike shopping inside. Every time I go inside, the staff gives off “better than you” energy. I was shopping yesterday evening with my daughter and the cashier was exceptionally rude. My 11 year old daughter noticed and said something to me once we got in the car. It’s disappointing because it makes going inside uncomfortable.
