⭐☆☆☆☆ I will highly not recommend to anyone. I got my entire garden landscaping done by Tropical Gardening, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The final bill was much higher than the original quotation due to incorrect measurements by their team. Even more disappointing was the lack of response and support after the work was completed. The carpet grass was laid without proper soil preparation and removal of existing roots, resulting in weeds growing through it. I now have to get the work redone at my own expense. Overall, I would not recommend their services due to poor workmanship, lack of transparency, and unsatisfactory after-sales support.

I had an extremely unpleasant and unprofessional experience with this business. I was specifically promised that their gardener would come today at an agreed time to maintain approximately 70 plants and pot 5 new plants. When nobody turned up, I called to understand what was happening. My first call was disconnected. After repeatedly trying, I was finally told that apparently none of their gardeners had reported to work today and that I would have to wait until they checked with the gardeners and decided when someone could come. What I found unacceptable was not merely that the gardener did not turn up. Emergencies happen. What is unacceptable is taking an appointment, failing to honour it, not informing the customer in advance, disconnecting the customer’s call, and then behaving as though the customer’s time has no value whatsoever. Naturally, I expressed my dissatisfaction and mentioned that I would share my experience publicly. The gentleman on the phone then told me, in effect, to stop threatening him with Google reviews and “get out.” That response tells me far more about this establishment than the missed gardening appointment ever could. I was already informed of the approximate charges and obviously intended to pay once the gardening work was completed. Yet during the argument I was told that since no payment had been taken, this somehow could not amount to “cheating.” That completely misses the point. This is about commitment, accountability, basic courtesy and professional conduct—not merely whether money has already changed hands. A business is not doing a customer a favour by providing a paid service. If you accept an appointment, either honour it or have the basic courtesy to inform the customer that you cannot. After the way I was spoken to today, I would personally not trust this business with my time or my plants. More importantly, I would strongly recommend that prospective customers understand the level of customer service they may encounter when something goes wrong. The missed appointment was disappointing. The complete lack of communication was unprofessional. But being told to essentially “get out” for questioning it was simply unacceptable. I will certainly not be returning. Sorry but you asked me call in the number provided on the website and this is the exact same person who spoke to me rudely. I don’t think there is much that can she done

This is the output of my garden area after using their service. I love the gesture of this service and this people are so friendly and very comfortable while doing this process. I love and I cherish this output of my garden area.
