Eli and his guys have installed our Christmas lights for a couple years and have done a great job. Eli is always reachable. The communication on every aspect from providing a quote, setting up installation, to taking down the lights after the holidays is clear, timely, and most importantly the services are performed as scheduled. I’ve had other firms help us with our Christmas lighting but never one as good as Eli and Tropical Lighting!
We love our Oleo lights we had Tropical Lighting put up for us last fall! In the past, we had a company put up and take down our Christmas lights every year. We are kind of sticklers for how lights look on the outside of our home and really like the clean look that Oleo has. Eli with Tropical Lighting was amazing! From the initial viewing of the website (much more friendly to see their work and products than some other sites) to communicating with Eli while I was pricing out different options. He came out and showed my husband and I different lighting and explained the benefits of each. We are also able to expand our lights on our roofline if we choose to down the road. In a world where we have to be cautious and weary of everyone who comes to our homes, it was wonderful to interact with Eli. He has given us a support line even after the lights have been up. Any questions, they have walked us through. As for the look of the lights, they are beautiful. I forget they are even up there when they are not in use. I was worried they would look tacky, but they do not. We have a track that holds the lights that is the same color as our trim, so they blend nicely. The color options are fun too, you can come up with some interesting combinations.
