I was very satisfied with the professionalism and skills displayed by the technicians during the heating, electrical, and plumbing inspections under the comfort plan. They were all very informative when describing what they were doing and when responding to questions. In subsequent service to replace our smoke detectors, your electrician and his assistant worked diligently and expeditiously to replace the detectors, their brackets and wire harnesses. They also vacuumed afterwards to clean up small amounts of debris. My thanks also for the discount provided under the comfort plan.

Excellent service. I reviews the job and plan with Justin before he started. He was patient w my questions, paid attention to what I was interested in accomplishing and then fulfilled in it. He was neat and organized, he put down plastic, vacuumed up the dust, and kept me informed. His work on the job met my expectations; I was very pleased.

We couldn’t be happier with the Woodfin team of two who replaced all four of our toilets with new comfort-height toilets in a matter of a couple of hours. Dhillon and his work mate were prompt, professional, and good communicators. They wore booties so as not to mar our floors and did a very conscientious job of cleaning up after installations. We also had a very good experience with the estimator a few days prior. Overall, we found Woodfin to be very well run and are glad to have gone with them. We may have been able to find a less expensive plumbing company, but not one that is more efficient or takes more pride in their work.
