My AC unit went out and my house was running at 90 degrees inside. I called for a service. The appointment was timely in getting and the representative showed up fast, communicative and very respectful. He replaced a capacitor on the system which is $330. Their service fee of $99 was reasonable to me but everything else I find their prices to be excessively high. Their prices are doubled or triple the amount of other company’s. The refrigerant is definitely over the top expensive per pound, 400$ plus for the first pound and 200$ plus for each pound afterwards for 410A. Granted if you get their service package there is a little discount around $30. However, the tech came and tried to repair my AC system, although unsuccessful, he did what he could. He was unable to figure out the issue/leak and replaced one part. He did give me some guidance and options to put in refrigerant but it could just leak back out and I would have wasted nearly $1500 to charge the unit for it to come back out. I decided to not do that and until the problem could be figured out. I did hire another company to come out to fix the issue and now have running AC. If your wondering, they don’t offer military discounts, but I do appreciate the attempted service and what was performed to get my unit back running.

We just had essentially a total HVAC system gut and installation with new heat pumps and ducts. For the size of the job, every member of the team did a fantastic job, especially Dylan and David. True professionals in every sense of the word. Even when we threw a slight curveball, they weren’t phased. The quality was excellent and it’s very clear they take great pride in their work and frequently went above and beyond what I would have expected. If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars I would, and we’re very happy to have gone with Woodfin.

We couldn’t be happier with the Woodfin team of two who replaced all four of our toilets with new comfort-height toilets in a matter of a couple of hours. Dhillon and his work mate were prompt, professional, and good communicators. They wore booties so as not to mar our floors and did a very conscientious job of cleaning up after installations. We also had a very good experience with the estimator a few days prior. Overall, we found Woodfin to be very well run and are glad to have gone with them. We may have been able to find a less expensive plumbing company, but not one that is more efficient or takes more pride in their work.
