Twinpro is a wonderful dealer for kitchen and interior products. They offer a wide range of premium-quality products. All the staff are very kind, friendly, and explain the products clearly. Excellent service and a great experience. Thank you very much!
Highly Unprofessional & Irresponsible Extremely disappointed with TwinPro Ventures, Coimbatore. I ordered Hettich items from them, and their only focus was to push and secure payment at any cost. Once the payment was completed, their responsibility completely ended. It has now been more than 45 days, and the items are still not dispatched. There is zero communication, no proper updates, and no accountability from their staff. Repeated follow-ups are simply ignored. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable for any business, especially when dealing with branded products. Customers are left stranded after payment with no support. ⚠️ Strong warning to others: Do not make advance payments without strict written commitments. Be extremely cautious while dealing with this company. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with a formal complaint through consumer protection authorities. ❌ No professionalism❌ No commitment❌ No customer care One of the worst service experiences I have had.
We were shown around their experience center in a highly professional manner. Looking forward to their follow up. They were supposed to send pdf of brochures to help us choose from their collection, which they did promptly.
