I joined the gym 6 months ago, after having been a member of many others gyms previously. My wife had been a member and invited me along to a trial session. From that day back, I’ve never looked back. The trainers and members are awesome. Every session is fun, practical and most importantly for me, they teach you the correct technique and form. The gains I’ve noticed correcting my technique is quite incredible, when compared to my prior experiences at gyms. The one thing I love the most is their community feel. I recently decided to run the GC marathon and the spirit and support inside the gym is fantastic. They have event-based groups to encourage you to reach your goals in a supportive manner. Uber shape to me seems much more than a gym.

Uber Shape is a unique gym with a big focus on community. making everyone feel welcome no matter the level of fitness. Coby and the trainers are very knowledgeable and do everything they can to encourage, challenge and get your over the line with your personal goals. I would highly recommend this gym for anyone.

If you haven't been to the gym in a while and are looking to implement some structure and sustainable habits into your life, this is the place to be. It's not like a normal gym. You step foot in the door and it's instantly different. It's friendly, the people are normal, the trainers get to know you and you feel part of a big team. Nobody judges and everyone recognises that you are on your own unique journey to sustainable health. Together with my partner, Uber Shape has changed the way we look at health. For us now, it's just "who we are". Small changes, compounded can have a big impact in the long run - that's what we've learnt. Joining the team at Uber Shape was one of the best decisions of our lives. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
