David and the team @ Union Home Mortgage were excellent to work with. Very transparent from start to finish. Highly recommend, for any use case, especially navigating complex scenarios. Will definitely be calling David in the future as we grow our real estate portfolio.
We recently worked with David on a complicated transaction involving the refinancing of our home. We worked with David over the course of almost 8 months during the construction of our home, which started with simple questions and progressed to closing last month. Throughout that time David was extremely professional, courteous with his time, and answered all of our questions promptly with detailed explanations. We never had to guess what we needed to do, David and his team were always on top of our file and made us feel like a part of his family. I highly recommend anyone looking for mortgage assistance to contact David, you will not be disappointed.
David and Kara were incredible to work with throughout our home loan process. They made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable from start to finish. They were always responsive, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure we felt confident in every decision. Thanks to their expertise and guidance, we were able to secure a great loan for our new condo. Highly recommend David and Kara to anyone looking for knowledgeable and reliable mortgage professionals.
