Great Airport parking location. Also, really good arrangement with Mantra Hotel (next door). We checked in at Mantra and simply drove to United and parked our car there for our 12 day trip to WA. Rates were very reasonable (compared to Tulla Airport), easy parking in good sized bays (no idiots hitting your doors!). Driver delivered us to Tulla in appalling am traffic (great job). We were about to call for pick up when we had received our luggage, upon our return, when we spotted United van dropping off passengers. I ran out and lady driver (a Kiwi, very nice) told me not to hurry as she would wait for us. Upon arrival at parking building a young attendant advised us what to do regarding car collection, luggage was stored while we went up for the car, All was handled very smoothly by very decent, competent staff. Driver of attached van on 1.7.2026 at around 5pm was very rude and hostile to me in front of the public. He wanted to be physical on my face but he saw people looking at him then he retracted. It was my first time using this provider and I’m sorry to say that the old drivers that you employ ought to pass some decorum test to be able to provide good services.
