Loved the place, great for solo travelers. Spacey and clean rooms, great coworking space, good interior and exterior design. Also clear instructions and good communication with the remote manager, which is important (this is not a classic hotel or guesthouse, there’s no reception or administrator).
Each room was quite far apart, offering a lot of privacy, and a plus was its proximity to the Old Quarter, which I had just visited Hoan Kiem Lake.
Poor service, handling of some situations poorly, too many home rules, I wouldn't recommend going there.
