Beginners are welcome, and no previous meditation experience is needed. Weekly sessions take place every Thursday at Club Herbalife Fit & Dance, 2229 S Laramie Ave, Cicero, IL 60804. Guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes before the 7:30 PM start. Sessions usually last 60 to 75 minutes. Bring a yoga mat and, if you like, a cushion, blanket, or eye mask.
