We recently hired a minibus from Urban Cruiser for our family travel for a trip to Trimbakeshwar , shirdi, Panchavati, nashik, grishneshwar and the experience was excellent. The bus was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained, which made the journey smooth for everyone. The driver was punctual, professional, and ensured a safe and pleasant ride throughout. A special mention to Ajay, who coordinated the entire booking for us. He was extremely helpful, responsive, and ensured everything was arranged perfectly from start to finish. His support made the whole process very seamless and stress-free. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Urban Cruise to anyone looking for group travel plans.

Urban cruise has a great set of vehicles. We hired a 16 seater Urbania from them for a trip to Satara, and it was top notch. Thanks to Neha who co-ordinated the entire booking process and for assisting and accomodating all our requests and queries. The driver Jay Dubey was also very co-operative. Overall a nice experience, would definitely recommend their services.
