Having recently completed an interior fit-out project with USBC Interiors, I am absolutely thrilled with the results and highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a top-tier interior fit-out company in Dubai.
If i can give them zero i will i have a project with them for my medical center Terrible Experience with [USBC interior Design ] – Avoid Them at All Costs I had an extremely disappointing experience with [usbc interior designs ]. I hired them to complete the interior design for my medical center and paid AED 1.3 million. Unfortunately, they failed to deliver the quality they promised. They didn’t complete the project as agreed, and whenever I requested something that was part of the original scope, they demanded additional payments, claiming it was “out of scope.” The engineers responded rudely and unprofessionally. When I escalated the issue to the CEO, he assured me the problem would be resolved, but nothing was ever done. The project was delayed by three months—I was supposed to take possession on September 28, but as of today, the project is still incomplete. No engineer has shown up for a proper handover with my consultant, and after receiving their payment, they stopped caring of the work and hand over it and in a promised quality . This company is untrustworthy and only cares about taking their fees, not delivering quality work or respecting their clients. They promise a lot but fail to follow through on any of their commitments. The workmanship lacks quality, and the attached pictures are proof of their substandard work. I strongly advise anyone to avoid working with [USBC ]. Save your money and your time, as they will only cause you frustration and delays.
I recently had my villa renovated by USBC Interiors, and I’m completely satisfied with the results! Initially, I only planned to focus on interior design, but after seeing their initial design proposal, I was so impressed that I decided to hand them the entire renovation project. From start to finish, their team was professional, attentive, and dedicated to bringing my vision to life. The attention to detail and creativity exceeded my expectations, and they managed to finish the project under budget and within the timeline they committed to. Every space in my villa now feels comfort and beautiful, and I truly feel like I have a home that I’m satisfied with. The project was completed on time, and their customer service was exceptional throughout the whole project. I Highly recommend usbc interiors for anyone looking for top-quality design and renovation services!
