Ordered and paid for a special order part for a client at the end of August with a quoted 10 day lead time. I had to chase this company and all the different employees they bounced me around to for updates all the way until October 27th when the part finally arrived only for it to be the completely wrong one after I had stated in writing multiple times exactly what I needed. I then had to continue to chase this company for a solution and was promised that they would make it right and the correct part would be re-ordered and shipped by Nov 11th, this date comes and goes with no updates or response to my emails only to finally get a response a week after that their original supplier could no longer supply the part and they now had to purchase from someone else with an additional 3 week lead time... it is now December 3rd and after waiting almost 4 months and multiple missed dates, I just received an email that they have been informed that the part has been discontinued and no longer available and they would be refunding my money. How this company can have such poor communication between their vendors and customers is beyond me. I'd give zero out of 5 stars if I could.

Never ever buy anything from them unless you are not willing to get your package without headache or hassle. I bought four times, one bounced never received. Called twenty times for refund. Once came in separated packages. I paid triple for border fees. I bought just once from parts town , I received my package just in two days. But from USAClean it takes weeks. The most trash company I ever dealt with ever
Unreliable company – not recommended I ordered a cleaning machine part that was listed on their website, but I received a completely different item. I lost the cost of the product, shipping, and customs fees due to their mistake. When I requested a return or replacement, they deducted 20% of the refund, even though the error was not mine. They also admitted that the product image on their website was outdated and the item was not actually available, yet they still sold it and took the payment. Selling unavailable products, shipping incorrect items, and making unjustified deductions. I strongly advise against dealing with this company to avoid losing your money and time.
