What an incredible lunch experience! It’s a lunch course menu, and every course was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Even the drinks were exceptional. Every dish showcased incredible creativity, quality, and attention to detail. The highlight for me was the soy sauce ramen. I was completely blown away by the depth and complexity of the broth—it was rich, layered, and packed with umami. Without exaggeration, it’s the best bowl of ramen I’ve ever had in my life. Even if you’re not vegan, Vegan Ramen UZU is an absolute must-visit in Kyoto. The course menu was a truly memorable culinary experience, and I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Kyoto.

Simply perfect! From the precise level of service and the dishes with the perfect taste. The most delicious vegan ramen there is! The design of the place is simple with the artwork that ran on the screen, a unique experience.
It's lovely vegan ramen, bookended by good appetizers and a delicious pudding, in an unusual setting. The video wall and ambient music was kinda cool, but sitting across from your fellow diners or seeing yourself slurping on noodles, reflected to infinity, was weird. The chairs were also the most uncomfortable I've ever encountered in a restaurant. I mean, it was not your typical Japanese dining experience and the food was good, but I'm not sure I'd be going back. I'd consider it if they replaced the chairs with something you can actually sit on without being in pain
