Terrible customer service here. I’ve ordered hot sandwiches from them on 3 different occasions only to get back to work and realize they were not toasted but cold. When I called, they said they couldn’t do anything about their own mistake but to drive back to get it toasted. They’re always messing with orders so avoid this location if you can.

I ended up with a wheat roll instead of a regular classic roll because their ordering terminal was malfunctioning (the screen was blurry and glitchy). After noticing the mistake, I reordered the sandwich and asked the cashier if the original one could be exchanged. I explained that the incorrect roll was the result of the terminal issue. The cashier allegedly spoke with the manager over his walkie and told me that because I had "ordered it, paid for it, and opened it," they couldn't exchange it. Of course I opened it! In the past, I've received hoagies made with stale rolls (more than once), sandwiches missing condiments and even orders missing the meat or cheese. I've also received the wrong hoagie entirely despite the label being correct. Because of these repeated mistakes, I now check my order before driving 20 minutes home. It's clear that customer service and order accuracy aren't priorities at this store.
Clean, efficient, some healthier options, excellent barista offerings (just as good as, but cheaper than, Starbucks). The only comment is that if they could add in decaf espresso options to their extensive list, it would make a lot of people really happy. I understand that 100% decaf may be hard to guarantee, from a corporate and staffing perspective, but even offerings with a disclaimer ("significantly reduced caffeine") would still attract lots of folks, I think. Comparing this to the Sheetz nearby--no comparison. The staff at Wawa consistently acts like our time is a big priority, and that approach is really appreciated.
