Val's ServicesCleaningPROVerified business?

I got the deep clean which my condo needed after a bathroom remodel. Sonia P was amazing!! My place looks and smells beautiful. , it was also the little touches.Like with my towels and kleenex boxes. I will definitely be using them once a month.

I genuinely cannot recommend this cleaning company enough. This was, without a doubt, the best cleaning service I’ve ever had. Ana went above and beyond and I’m soooo grateful for her time and effort. I live in a very old Chicago apartment, and no matter how much I clean, it never really feels clean. This is the first time in four years that I’ve walked into my apartment and felt like it was truly spotless. The attention to detail was unbelievable. Every single surface was scrubbed, the baseboards were cleaned, the couch was cleaned inside and out, Ana even pulled out the oven to clean underneath it—something I never would have expected. Not a single detail was overlooked. She even went the extra mile by folding my towels beautifully and leaving everything looking so thoughtful and organized. You can tell Ana genuinely takes pride in her work. The level of care and meticulousness was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. If you’re looking for a cleaning company that goes above and beyond, this is it. Worth every penny, and I will absolutely be using Ana again.

The team at Val’s services provide great service. Booking is simple—you talk to a real person each time and are quickly take care of, very customer oriented and polite in every interaction I’ve had. You get reminders the week of your service and can always reach out if something needs to be adjusted. We’ve been a customer for the last 6 months. I only meant to get things cleaned around the holidays but they did such a good job that it’s a wonderful monthly treat. Each time we’ve had a cleaning we’ve been happy, in particular we appreciate Ana M.’s service and detail orientation. We request to work with Ana for our regular monthly cleaning but other members of the team provide a great service from our experience. The staff is equipped with their own supplies making it really hands off for the customer. I do like to declutter counter tops and tables to ensure she can get to surfaces, but she’ll also neatly arrange stuff if a few stray items happen to be on a counter top. One of my favorite surprises is how she leaves towels, toilet paper, and paper towels in little flowers and bows. Each member of the team does this in different ways. It’s a very small but nice touch to remind me that my home is fresher and that someone took care with that detail. Excellent company and service. Very professional and courteous.
