After viewing several business units around Cardiff for my aesthetics clinic, I came to view The Maltings and instantly knew this was the place for me! The staff are incredible and really helpful, from Jack doing the initial viewings to the reception team they’re always on hand to help with any questions or issues (and never get annoyed at me always losing my keycard😅) The whole style of the building is really unique with low ceilings, arch windows and exposed brick The gym on site is really handy! And the coffee shop has the best coffee I’ve ever tasted, with staff that are genuinely so friendly & welcoming🩶 I’ve found the rent to be very reasonable for what’s included, and my clients all love the building, the flexibility they give you to make the space completely yours is a game changer too🙌

Great location to have communal offices at - a huge car park, gym, showers, coffee shop and use of a communal kitchen. Plenty of meeting rooms for when you need them and having support from a lovely bunch of staff from reception to cleaning has been very helpful. Only downside is depending on where you are in the building mobile phone reception can be poor.
