I had placed an order for vanilla fragrance oil vide order no.V125115 which was delivered on 24th Jan'26 . It was found the bottle is leaking. Concern was raised with pictures as still drop was found oozing and imprint of leakage on the table. Ms Sneha from Customer care team asked me to weight the bottle and as the weight was ok, Sneha asked me to transfer the content in some other LOCAL BOTTLE at home. I requested her for replacement OR provide me an empty bottle which she flatly refused. Is this a quality procedure?? I fail to understand the resolution provided. They say say they are ISO certified. The ISO certification must issue a NC (NON COMPLIANCE) against this unruly so called resolution. Just came to know the fragrance oils and essential oils provided by VEDAOILS are not IFRA certified! , its a huge setback! New review -19.04.26 My soy wax candle with tube rose smelled medicinal and had to discard the whole lot of wax(had bought in April'26, V- 129572); felt nausea. Never ever faced this issue with vedaoils fragrances.Please recheck at your end what went wrong,

Please don’t buy from them. Their delivery service is absolutely pathetic. I placed an order over 20 days ago, and there is still no update on the shipment. Initially, they claimed that our house was locked. I clearly informed them that we were available and even provided an alternate contact number for delivery. We have been going back and forth over emails ever since, but there has been no meaningful resolution. They are not willing to answer calls or provide proper assistance, yet they seem more than happy to accept bulk orders. Extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding them.

I placed an order on 16 July, and it was delivered on 24 July. The order contained three items, but only two were received—the Jamaican Castor Oil was missing. When I contacted customer service, they asked for an unboxing video even though the parcel had already been opened, and then referred to their 72-working-hour complaint policy. There was no meaningful attempt to verify the packing records, shipment weight, inventory, or warehouse footage. I have ordered from VedaOils before, so this response was particularly disappointing. A customer should not have to record every parcel opening merely to prove that an item was not packed. The missing product is one issue; the dismissive and impractical handling of the complaint is the bigger concern. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend ordering from them. Customers should check and record their packages immediately, as missing-item complaints may otherwise not be addressed.
