Vena CavaLtd.PROVerified business?

I tried to order from here but the item has never arrived - so far it has been over 4 weeks. There has been no mention anywhere that the item was not in stock. I contacted them a few times - they do not reply to emails but they are nice enough to deal with on the phone. They said they would look into it and get back to me but no one ever has. I have contacted them again today and have now cancelled the order and I am waiting for my refund. I would suggest looking else where for medical items.

Item never arrived, raised my concerns via phone, online chat and email with Venacava.co.uk, they ignored all my messages. After almost 2 months of silence, I raised a case with PayPal, venacava.co.uk failed to respond to PayPal and thankfully, PayPal refunded the full amount. Company is either a scam or the don't care about its customers.

As per other reviews - ordered something a week ago which should have been delivered and have just received an email saying the items are out of stock and I will be refunded. Why on earth does it take so long to advise that you don't have stock? I needed the items by now - now I have to buy elsewhere and wait for delivery. Why have online order systems which should be checking inventory if they don't work?
