After months of planning I decided to go with Ventana. The team was super helpful with the design process and actually LISTENED to what I wanted. They built out the entire pool and landscape exactly how I pictured it. Being a first time pool owner they communicated very well and put my stress at ease. I love that I can relax in my resort style backyard. Thank you all so much!!!
Highly recommend. Our family has been looking into added a pool to our home. We contacted Ventana and they gave us a good quote and they took care of the rest. They offered financing, and the construction was incredibly quick. Do yourself a favor and hire Ventana, they are truly one of the best.
After 17 MONTHS of not following plans and not managing this job and doing every step from start to finish multiple times, since nothing got done correctly the first time. Ventana still has not finished this job. In the better part of two years that this pool is taking to complete the only thing this about this company that is reliable is their ability to not get anything done correctly or in a timely manner. They have failed several inspections. One inspection taking 92 days from the first time they failed it until they finally got it passed. They took multiple “hiatus” from work for multiple weeks at a time with not a single person on site doing work. One star is far too high of a rating for this company. Every issue has been a direct result of the poor workmanship and lack of ability from Ventana outdoor living.
