Doug arrived at our home, as scheduled......and began the process of troubleshooting our HVAC system. He "effectively" explained what was discovered and proposed the most reasonable solution to restoring the efficient "cooling" of our Lennox split system. Doug also provide a quote for the repairs.......before proceeding with those repairs. The quote was "fair and reasonable" ......and what I expected for the service. I "highly" recommend that Veteran's Choice.....is indeed, a great choice!! You guys are "Best in class"....in my book!! A big "shout out" to Raul.....for being the first person to respond to any of my emails, requesting service. Raul was able to schedule Doug to my home, the following day, after we spoke. Had my HVAC system replaced. The sales team was knowledgeable, informative and had financing readily available. Didn’t get a chance to price out, but seemed reasonable. Technicians Jeremiah Carillo and Josimar Casco did a great job on the install, were professional and completed the job in less than 5 hours. The new system is running great.

Dale and Austin were a pleasure to meet and work with. Both were professional and gentleman, who explained their roles and what the process was in how they were working towards achieving the goals of maintaining my HVAC system moving forward. They did a wonderful job describing the unit and how to keep it clean. I really appreciate how nice and supportive they were while being at my home. They checked it, cleaned it and made sure the system were working properly. I felt safe and comfortable while they were with me. I’d work with them in the future for sure!
