Poor build quality. I have daily struggles trying to stop leakages into my Villa. Also their letting company Blue Kite cannot maintain the villas to standard. They cause more damage that adds up to the poor build quality. I feel cheated.
I’ve experienced the Vianaar properties many times and I’m really impressed with the interior design. The attention to detail and creativity is fantastic. Their aesthetics are amazing, and I’ve always enjoyed my stay at their properties.
