I ordered food for mom through their delivery service and she loved it! She said the beef ribs were nice and big and said she got 4 instead of the 2-3 in the description. She also between the protein and 2 sides that it was enough for 2 meals, so she'll have more tomorrow. Definitely helped brighten her day 😊

I ordered from door dash. 6 wings platter with Mac n cheese and cabbage. Everything was good no complaints. Not over seasoned and wings nicely crisp

This was my first time trying Victoria’s Kitchen, and unfortunately this was genuinely one of the worst soul food platters I’ve had in Philadelphia. I ordered the fried whiting with mac and cheese and greens, and everything was completely flavorless. There was little to no seasoning on anything. The fried whiting was honestly the only part of the meal that had any potential, and that was mainly because the fish itself tasted fresh. It did not taste old or spoiled, and it was fried alright, but there was absolutely no flavor in the fish or the breading/fish fry. No seasoning, no real taste, nothing. The greens were terrible. They had no flavor at all and didn’t taste like they had been seasoned or cooked with any kind of smoked turkey or other meat that would normally give greens some depth and flavor. The mac and cheese was probably the most confusing part because it was watery in addition to being bland. It did not taste like soul food mac and cheese at all. There were younger employees running the store when I came in. They were not rude or disrespectful, so that is not my complaint. However, they did seem unsure of what they were doing, and I did not see any other cooks or more experienced staff present. Considering the quality of the food I received, that was concerning. I’m honestly disappointed that I spent my money on this meal. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was bad enough that I felt like I needed to say something. I genuinely do not understand the five-four star ratings based on the food I received. Maybe other people have had a completely different experience, but based on my order, this was easily some of the worst soul food I’ve had in Philadelphia. I would not return.
