We booked a session there as part of the AOK preventative strength training program (free of charge). The 17 sessions we completed were fantastic. We usually went quite early in the morning, so it wasn't too crowded and we didn't have to wait for the equipment. The changing rooms and toilets are clean; we can't comment on the showers and sauna. The staff is competent, helpful, and friendly, and the equipment is of a good standard. We'll definitely be back in the fall.

After the Phoenix gym suddenly closed its doors, I did a trial workout there and checked out the studio. Unfortunately, I found it wasn't what I was looking for. They have several good Technogym machines. However, the studio seems to specialize more in rehabilitation sports and classes. Ultimately, it wasn't for me. Nevertheless, it's a solid, well-run studio.

I was there for the first time today. Everything was well-maintained and clean. The staff was super friendly. The class was very well-designed, varied, and fun. I'm very satisfied. The changing rooms were also very clean and well-equipped. The equipment is great too, with something for everyone. I'll definitely come back and highly recommend the studio. Registration was also quick and easy.
