I recently completed my veneer treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!!! A huge thank you to Dr. Kung for the excellent treatment plan, thorough explanations, and attention to every detail throughout the process. I really appreciated that the health of my teeth was always the top priority while achieving the cosmetic results I wanted. Many thanks to Lois for assisting Dr. Kung during the treatment and to Aria for providing a gentle and thorough dental cleaning. Your professionalism, clear guidance, and high-quality care made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. Special thanks to Zaira for crafting the veneer exactly as we envisioned. The final result looks incredibly natural and exceeded my expectations. I also want to thank Claudia at the front desk for making the checkout process seamless and for helping me stay on top of my follow-up appointments. And thank you to Kyrstin for going above and beyond to help resolve an insurance billing issue. Calling for an appointment was easy, Abigail was friendly, and provided excellent customer service answering all my questions and explaining different care plans for those without insurance. Vitality Dental gives you options that fit your budget. From the moment I walked in, the staff is incredibly warm, welcoming, and efficient. My name appeared in lights on their “Welcome Board,” a nice VIP touch to make my visit anxiety free. The front desk staff Abigail and Claudia made check-in quick and easy, and I was seen on time. The entire office was spotless, modern, and clearly designed with patient comfort in mind. Once back in the office images and photos were taken by Lois. She was so complimentary taking time to allow me to remove jewelry and make me comfortable during the x-rays/imaging panel. They provide nice trays for jewelry and mirrors a nice touch. The chairs are comfortable and sunglasses are provided as well. You can pick what visual images/videos you want to watch on ceiling while you get teeth cleaned. My dental hygienist, Yuze, was fantastically fast, gentle, thorough, and constantly checking to make sure I was comfortable. Yuze explained everything he was doing, which really helped put me at ease. My dentist, Dr. Gino, was equally impressive: knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. He took the time to answer all my questions, show me my teeth images and made sure I fully understood my dental health and treatment recommendations. What really stood out was how attentive and personalized the care felt. I never felt rushed or like “just another patient.” It’s clear that everyone here truly cares about their patients’ well-being. If you’re looking for a dental office that combines professionalism, expertise, and a genuinely friendly atmosphere, I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Absolutely top-notch care! I had my first visit at Vitality Dental today, and it was a great experience from the moment I walked in. There was no wait at all—I was checked in right away, and the board behind the desk had my name displayed with a welcome message. I had never experienced that before, and it was such a thoughtful and kind touch. The check-in process was smooth, I was seen quickly, and the office itself is beautifully decorated. The first person I met was Lois, who assisted me with my X-rays and photos. She was extremely welcoming and kind and immediately made me feel comfortable and happy to be there. The process was quick and easy. Next, I met Minoo, the dental hygienist, and she truly made my visit exceptional. She was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional, and she explained everything she was doing in great detail, which helped me feel completely at ease. She took the time to chat with me and genuinely get to know me, making the experience feel very personal rather than rushed. She also shared information about the screenings they offer, which I deeply appreciated as a cancer survivor—being proactive and thorough with my health is extremely important to me. Minoo went above and beyond in her care. This was hands down the best cleaning I have received in the last 30 years. She was not only extremely patient, but also very gentle, thorough, and attentive the entire time. I left feeling well cared for, informed, and confident in my dental health thanks to her outstanding service. The third person I met was Dr. Gino. He was just as welcoming and kind. He allowed Minoo to review her findings and encouraged me to share my thoughts and concerns. What I loved most was being able to see my teeth and scans on a screen that we could all look at together—even while laying back, there’s a screen on the ceiling! Truly amazing. Dr. Gino thoroughly examined my teeth and explained in detail what was needed, while also listening to what I wanted. He was an absolute pleasure to meet and work with. Last but not least, I met Tulsi, who assisted me with pricing questions. She was very kind and welcoming, went over everything I wanted to know in detail, and offered helpful suggestions and solutions. Overall, this was an outstanding experience from start to finish.
