I had a very friendly and welcoming experience overall. Dr. Kong and the hygienist were both extremely pleasant, and the women at the front desk at check in were kind and professional. Unfortunately, my positive experience took a turn when one of the receptionists entered my insurance information incorrectly, causing me to be billed more than $140 over what I actually owed. I was extremely frustrated because it made me question whether it was simply a mistake, am I being charge for things I don’t really need or if I was being overcharged. It also made me wonder if anything else had been coded incorrectly. Thankfully, another receptionist double checked and recognized the error and corrected it, which I appreciated. However, I don’t understand why I had to explain my insurance coverage percentage when that information should already have been available in their system. My advice to anyone considering this office is to make sure you understand your insurance benefits, coverage, and deductible before your appointment. I work in health insurance, so I was fortunate enough to recognize the mistake. Someone unfamiliar with their benefits may have paid the incorrect amount without realizing it. Also be aware THEY WILL DENY YOU DENTAL CARE IF YOU DON’T GO WITH THIER RECOMMENDATIONS! Overall, the hygienist my daughter had was amazing but the billing error left me feeling uneasy and took away from what had started as a very positive experience.

Today I had my first appointment at Vitality Dental, and it’s the first time I can honestly say I truly enjoyed going to the dentist. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Charlie was great—very friendly while taking my X-rays and explaining every step of the process. Aria, my hygienist, was incredibly kind and understanding, knowing that dental cleanings aren’t most people’s favorite experience. She was gentle, careful, and efficient throughout the appointment. Abigail and Zaira were also very friendly and helpful, taking the time to clearly explain all the insurance and appointment details. Every single interaction was positive and made a great difference in the start of my day. Thank you to the entire team for such an excellent experience!

I had my first visit at Vitality Dental today, and it was a great experience from the moment I walked in. There was no wait at all—I was checked in right away, and the board behind the desk had my name displayed with a welcome message. I had never experienced that before, and it was such a thoughtful and kind touch. The check-in process was smooth, I was seen quickly, and the office itself is beautifully decorated. The first person I met was Lois, who assisted me with my X-rays and photos. She was extremely welcoming and kind and immediately made me feel comfortable and happy to be there. The process was quick and easy. Next, I met Minoo, the dental hygienist, and she truly made my visit exceptional. She was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional, and she explained everything she was doing in great detail, which helped me feel completely at ease. She took the time to chat with me and genuinely get to know me, making the experience feel very personal rather than rushed. She also shared information about the screenings they offer, which I deeply appreciated as a cancer survivor—being proactive and thorough with my health is extremely important to me. Minoo went above and beyond in her care. This was hands down the best cleaning I have received in the last 30 years. She was not only extremely patient, but also very gentle, thorough, and attentive the entire time. I left feeling well cared for, informed, and confident in my dental health thanks to her outstanding service. The third person I met was Dr. Gino. He was just as welcoming and kind. He allowed Minoo to review her findings and encouraged me to share my thoughts and concerns. What I loved most was being able to see my teeth and scans on a screen that we could all look at together—even while laying back, there’s a screen on the ceiling! Truly amazing. Dr. Gino thoroughly examined my teeth and explained in detail what was needed, while also listening to what I wanted. He was an absolute pleasure to meet and work with. Last but not least, I met Tulsi, who assisted me with pricing questions. She was very kind and welcoming, went over everything I wanted to know in detail, and offered helpful suggestions and solutions. Overall, this was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Vitality Dental!
