Valerie was a real godsend. I could tell from our first telephone conversation that she was very knowledgeable about real estate in Spain and the whole process of buying a property in Spain, and in particular in Catalunya where I was buying. Here rates, which included legal service, were very reasonable and very good value for the sterling service she provided. She was always available, very pleasant and helpful. My purchase ended up being complicated because of the selling agent’s sharp tactics but Valerie was with me every step of the way, negotiating on my behalf. Although I had a buyer’s agent (with whom I had found my property), it quickly became clear that they were more interested in pandering to the seller from whom they were going to get their commission. With Valerie, I felt like there was someone in my corner, navigating me smoothly through the Far West that is Spanish real estate. She is fluent in French, English and Spanish among others, which came in very handy. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
