Voyager AlliedHealthPROVerified business?

I love working with voyager! They are great at communicating. Someone is always available if you need assistance, or have questions. During reviews they are patient with my son and truly seem to have his best interest! Through the CNA program I was able to learn how to be a caregiver for my child, and will be able to use that skill in the future if I choose to! Voyager really cares.

Extremely unprofessional a Woman by the name Tamara denied services abruptly with a failure to notify for the reasonings why. When asked what the reasonings were and when the notifications were sent out to notify the patient and/or client she literally said in her own words that she was not going to provide the information and her own words she literally said quote on quote nope! Not only did she deny services she lied for her reasoning why. Stating that the patient gained weight when she has lost weight. Stating that the patient's bed was broken when she has gotten a new bed and has had it for over 6 months or more and isn't good condition basically brand new. She denied services with malicious intent and took it personal when the patient called to advocate for herself. Asking for simple requests for them to notify her of whom would be coming in advance which seems very logical it's a simple request but Tamara clearly took it personal. So just ask yourself if you're looking to go to this facility in need of care for a loved one God forbid she takes any of your concerns personal she's in position to abruptly stop care for your loved one for no reason whatsoever. All businesses have to notify a client and or patient giving them a time period to correct whatever the concern may be but not with Tamara God forbid you get on her bad side or she just doesn't like what you have to say she will take it upon herself to stop care for your loved one which is a failure to disclose material information before they take action. I would never recommend this facility to anyone especially when it comes to your loved ones. I repeat they have no intentions on looking out for your loved ones they're literally only providing care for the money and to be in the healthcare field this is terrifying to know that these are the people responsible for caring for your loved ones. If it was up to me simply because of Tamara alone I would not give this business any stars!!!

I’ve been with Voyager since 2019 and can’t imagine working for another home health company. They have my son’s best interests in mind in addition to our family as well! They ensure we are receiving the best services possible. Thank you, Voyager!
