What seemed to be so hard was actually not that bad because everyone was so helpful and with prompt communication which is hard to come by. Both my mom and I are grateful we chose Voyager just for the level of care not only for the client but for the family as well.
The Nursing Staff is exceptional, their understanding and compassion is what is needed for us fulltime caregivers need to complete our jobs with a healthy mind. Whenever I had a question the office staff is very prompt to pass it over to a RN and the calls are always returned in a prompt and friendly manner. The team works is just amazing! Thank you Voyager!
We’ve been with this company for a little over 3 years and have had such a positive experience. Everyone has always been helpful, responsive, and easy to work with.
