Absolute rubbish! Direct trading via the account isn't possible. You first have to fund an account to be able to trade. And real-time transfers don't work. Completely unacceptable. Better to choose a different provider where your checking account is also your settlement account. There, live trading is possible without waiting times or complicated transfers. Worse than a prepaid credit card. A broker for complete amateurs.

The app doesn't work smoothly. It's practically impossible to use on a device with two logins. It's neither simple nor straightforward as described by the savings bank. If I hadn't already invested so much time and made some purchases, I would have already cancelled my account and deleted my data. I had the same problems with the advertised S-Trust app.

In my case, it involved a substantial six-figure portfolio and a time-critical sales decision. Nevertheless, I experienced prolonged account freezes, delays, and extremely sluggish communication. Even after contacting the complaints department, there was no timely resolution. Instead, unclear responsibilities persisted, and I had to repeatedly inquire before the matter was even processed. Due to these delays, I was unable to sell my securities at the intended time, resulting in a significant financial loss. When dealing with a broker, especially with larger assets, I expect efficient processes, clear communication, and reliable processing times. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. For larger sums or time-critical decisions, I would personally consider a different provider.
