I can’t say enough about Tati at Watch Bros. I messaged him over the Fourth of July weekend and he made time to respond even on the holiday. He responded to every inquiry I had, no issues sending pictures, videos and answering all my questions. We communicated all the way up until the delivery of my piece and he followed up to see how I liked the watch. When I received the watch, I was impressed with the condition, it looked even nicer in person. The only tiny thing he missed in the description was a hairline mark on the crystal, but truth be told, it was hard to see unless natural light is reflected in a very specific position, so I can see how he might have missed it. You could see it under a loop though. But it doesn’t take away from my experience and the condition of the watch. I would absolutely recommend them and would do business with them again. It was a smooth, pleasurable transaction.
