When you’re dealing with water damage, you want a team that’s responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about your home. That’s exactly what we found with Andrey, Rey, and the entire team at Ultimate Water Damage Restoration. From the moment we called, they responded incredibly quickly and kept us informed every step of the way. Their communication was outstanding. They explained the process clearly, answered all of our questions, and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate especially with insurance. Most importantly, they did an exceptional job stopping the water damage and carefully removing the damaged portions of our basement. They treated our home with the utmost respect, taking great care to minimize disruption while being thorough and efficient. They also went above and beyond with cleanup, disposal of damaged materials, and overall customer service. It was obvious they weren’t just trying to finish the job; they wanted to make sure everything was done right. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in their work really stood out. It’s rare to find a contractor who combines technical expertise with such excellent customer service, but this team absolutely delivered. We couldn’t recommend Andrey, Rey, and everyone at Ultimate Water Damage Restoration more highly. If you ever find yourself dealing with water damage, don’t hesitate to call them. You’ll be in outstanding hands.

Highly recommend Ultimate Water Damage Restoration. Andrey was able to provide a same-day quote in a fairly accurate range based on a handful of photos and some questions answered over text. He was responsive via text and able to schedule a team to come out the next day, which is exactly what you want to hear when you encounter water + mold damage in your home. He also helped answer questions related to reimbursement from a 3rd party (i.e., builder or insurance), which relieved some uncertainty and anxiety. His experienced crew lead also asked me at the start of the job if I would need to work with insurance, then took extra photos in case we needed them for reimbursement documentation. While on-site, his team was professional, communicative, and got an extensive job done in just 1 day. I appreciated that they set up a containment, showed me pictures as the work unfolded, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. They sent someone to pick up the industrial fans + de-humidifier on day 4 or 5. The final invoice clearly laid out all items and their costs.

I highly recommend Andrey and his team. From water remediation through restoration when needed afterwards we were in good hands every step of the way. We have used this company 4 times for two properties. Home water disasters are stressful and Andrey goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done thoroughly and correctly. We are so glad to have found this company.
