Not recommended at all. The water tank started leaking after just two years. The company had committed to replacing the tank but is not responding properly. The tank is of very poor quality, the plastic is too thin and weak to withstand water pressure at the bottom, despite being marketed as a 5 layer tank. The company’s service is also very poor.
I purchased water tank claimed as heavy duty but Dura flow, but after just one year there was leakege in summer. I contacted the company's complaint centre and they said that since company has stopped making White tanks so they are not liable to any warranty claims. It is mind boggling as warranty means nothing to them and they are not ready to take ownership of their own product!! Such a bad experience of product quality and customer complaint handling.
DuraMax water tank (White) claimed to have a 10 year warranty, however for me it sprung a leak only 4 years after purchase. I contacted the company about it but instead of replacing the tank they sent a repairman who welded the plastic for free. Then just 1 year after repair, it developed new leaks at 3 more places. This time they said they would do something soon but have not responded at all, not even to repair, and several weeks have passed. I would advise others to avoid buying this tank like the plague.
