Luis Ibarra was extremely professional, communicative, and easy to work with. He explained everything clearly and the pricing was straightforward with no surprises. He ended up adding refrigerant, and now my home is finally cooling the way it should. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend to anyone needing reliable HVAC work.

Shon arrived today to install a new toilet and bathroom vanity to our remodeling project and was very pleasant to work with and knew everything we were wanting to accomplish on his arrival. Shon took the time to make sure each install was perfect and professional in every way. It was obvious Shon takes great pride in his work and cares that the customer is completely satisfied with the final product. We will use Shon again when we have our next plumbing need. You could tell they genuinely take pride in their workmanship, and it shows in the finished product. The installation is clean, thoughtful, and exactly what I was hoping for. Just as importantly, they treated my home as if it were their own. The Costco partnership made the buying process easy and gave me confidence that I was getting a fair price on a premium Lennox system. Combined with the outstanding work from We Care, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. An HVAC system is something you hope to have for 20 years or more, and the company that installs it is the company you’ll likely rely on for maintenance and service throughout its life. After this experience, I wouldn’t trust anyone else. I genuinely look forward to working with We Care for many years to come. If you’re considering a new heating and air conditioning system, I recommend the Costco and We Care team without hesitation. Five stars all the way.
