We recently hired We Love Paving for Street Restoration, part of a new-home construction project in Foster City, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. From the initial consultation to the completion of the job, Ismael and his team were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and had good communication even when I fell short. They clearly have a deep understanding of their work and coordinating with them and the City was a breeze. Ismael's crew worked diligently and completed the project on time without any delays. The quality of their paving work and thermal-stripping is top-notch, with smooth and even surfaces. One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever worked with. We hired them mid December 2025 for paint striping of our hotel, and they specified that the work would take 1 day and would be done before the 2026, mind you, I asked them what their timeline was for completion and if it could be completed before 2026, as we had a very busy January. Job wasn't completed until end of January over 3 visits. They came in at December 16th and walked off because the ground was too wet, not from rain but from the morning dew, however the area dried up almost completely within a couple of hours. The following weeks the weather at the end of December disallowed work to start, which i was understanding of but i was constantly asking when they would return after each of their visits. On the final visit they asked us to block off our only entrance at 7:30am and didn't show up until 11am. I asked to speak to one of their managers to express my frustrations. Essentially all Julio had was more excuses and never took any accountability for what his project manager said he would do and didn't follow through with. On top of all of that the quality of their work is poor, they didn't use stencils for the lines and eyeballed with their sprayer leaving many crooked lines, under spray, and over spray. They told me that all of these issues would be handled on the final day to clean up the lines. They didn't. When I did final walk-through with Julio and showed them all of these areas, I asked if he would be sending someone back out to clean them up, he said, "probably not" and drove away. Unprofessional, unaccountable, and cannot recommend.
