Terrible Experience – Website Down for Days, No Support I had a very bad experience with WebHouse Pro. My website has been down for more than three days, and despite opening 4–5 support tickets, I received no response. I even upgraded my hosting and paid again, but still no solution. Their support team never called me back, never replied to my emails, and completely ignored my requests. This is unacceptable for a hosting company. If you value your business and need reliable hosting with real support, I strongly advise you to stay away from WebHouse Pro. They take your money but do not provide service or customer care.
