I Asked around about getting my garage door fixed or maybe replaced..a few people had mentioned this company so I went with them .... They were on time and very efficient! The guys were very professional and clean !!!..highly recommended!!!!! Tha k you so much for the work !!!
I would give this company zero stars if possible. One of the springs was broken and the cables were wrapped around a bit. The technician gave me a quote for $600 ($350 for spring and $250 for labor). Keep in mind that the same spring is available on Amazon for $100+, so they mark it up 300%+. Anyways, I told him that it was too expensive for only one spring and then he told me that he would charge $300 cash. Check how dishonest this company is - they try to charge whatever they can and do not earn an honest living. Anyways, I agreed and then the technician started working on it. He then broke the cable after pulling it with a tool and told me that it was already broken previously. He tried to charge me another few hundred for this. I showed him the door at this point. Run, don't walk away from this company. All they want is your money!
They were very professional and determined to get my gate repaired within hours of my call. He went the extra mile to figure out what was needed and got the job done. He was a lifesaver. I really appreciate it.
