This is a terrible service. We paid over 10k for a move from Abu Dhabi to Jeddah. Things came broken, antique chests worth over 2k, furnitures broken i have to replace some. 3 missing boxes which they lost. The driver got stopped by the police and taken his passport and drivers license because he took and illegal road to cut it short. He told my husband to come take his furnitures himself on the road. We called the company but they didn't care it was public holiday. My husband had to arrange for a third party himself to go to the place to the driver 40 minutes away to take our stuff as it's was an entire 2 bedroom apartment. Never again. I even share photos of the broken items and furnitures with the customer service but they didn't care.

Today the superior AJMAL and TEAM helped me to move! They were very professional. I’m so happy how good they did each step of the process ! Accurate, quick and nice. Hard working guys with golden hands. Thank you so much! HIGHLY recommend!!
