West Coast Floors offers quality flooring in Surrey, BC, including vinyl, laminate, hardwood, and tiles to suit every style and budget.
I'm a general contractor and have been buying my flooring and tile from Westcoast Floors for 15 Years. In that time I've found that their products have always been of good quality and proven to stand the test of time. They also update the product lines regularly and therefore have the latest styles. The staff have always been very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend Westcoast Floors to anyone.
I had a very disappointing experience with Wescas Flooring. The manager was extremely unprofessional and took no responsibility for the company’s mistakes. My order was processed incorrectly, and instead of resolving the issue, they refused to acknowledge their error or provide a proper solution. Quality control is also a major concern. The tiles I purchased were not consistent in size, which made installation much more difficult and affected the final result. In addition, the laminate and hardwood flooring they sell is of poor quality and did not meet my expectations. I expected much better customer service and product quality from a flooring supplier. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Wescas Flooring.
Rimpy was really nice and helped us with 2 floors. She was so welcoming and smiling face. I surely recommend her for flooring. She even has good knowledge regarding all the floors.
