I stayed here for just a few nights with my boyfriend and our experience was lovely. From the beginning when we were met at the reception desk Claudio was really sweet to us and after it when we needed some help with a room he solved everything very fast. All in all I would definitely come back because the location is really convenient.
The hotel's location is awesome! Located near Paddington train station & tons of restaurants in the area! Hyde Park is nearby & not far off to Kensington Palace, where Princess Diana memorial garden is located. About the hotel, only one elevator. The room can be a bit small/tight, the shower stall is tight & water pressure not high at all. Only given one key to the room & must be dropped off at the reception desk when going out of the hotel. Key can be retrieved upon returning. Other than that, awesome location & I would return to this hotel if I were to visit London again!
Very quaint hotel with amazing service and location. Unfortunately rooms are very hot with no AC or available ice during heat events. Amazing location with easy access to Paddington Station and Big Bus stops. Bathrooms are extremely tiny with no fan in our suite making them extremely uncomfortable. Navigating the hallways to find your room was a challenge but fun in a "Back Rooms" esque way!
