Really happy with the care from Whitelight Services. We used their cerebral palsy home care service and everyone was so kind and helpful. They took the time to understand what we needed and always treated us with care and respect. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Five stars from me.
We've been clients of White Lighthouse Health Services for 6 months now, receiving in-home care for our child with cerebral palsy for 40 hours a week, and I've been very pleased With the experience from the start. Our caregiver has been wonderful — genuinely friendly, warm, and easy to have in our home. Communication has been a real strength: she keeps me updated on how my child is doing, is easy to reach with questions, and makes sure we're always on the same page about my child's needs. Trusting someone with your child's care, especially with the specific needs that come with cerebral palsy, isn't easy, and over these six months this team has made that process much less stressful. I'd recommend White Lighthouse Health Services to any family looking for reliable, compassionate in-home care.
