Williams Concrete is a locally owned concrete contractor working in Spokane, Spokane Valley and the communities around them. Bill Deviny has been in the trade for more than 40 years. He and Dan quote the work themselves, and the owner is on the job while it is being poured rather than dropping in at the end. Most of what we do is removal and replacement, and we do the whole job: breaking out the old concrete, hauling it away and disposing of it, preparing the site, then pouring and finishing the new slab. Driveways, patios, city and residential sidewalks, approaches, stairs, cutting and repair. Site preparation is where most of that work goes, because most slabs fail from underneath rather than from the concrete itself. Spokane winters are hard on concrete that was poured on ground nobody bothered to prepare. You get an accurate quote before anything starts, and the figure you agree to is the figure you pay. Nothing gets added afterwards. The company is fully licensed, bonded, certified and insured. Dan responded to my request for quote promptly. I needed a 10x12 patio poured. Small job for what his company does but I was treated like it was very important to him. After I agreed to his proposal his communication was 5 star from start of job to finish. He and his work partner came to my home and accomplished the work ahead of schedule, Dan answered all my questions as his work progressed and cleaned up my yard after completion. I highly recommend this Company for your concrete needs !!

Bill and Dan are really amazing. We had a driveway replaced, and a back patio and stair poured for the backyard. Bill visited us, asked great questions, made suggestions we did not consider, and was very thourough. After we signed with them we had a fair amount of prep work that we had to perform for the back patio area. Bill visited us twice more to provide his feedback as we worked on the area. When the day came for them to work on our property, they were absolutely amazing. We cannot recommend them enough.
