I had an extremely disappointing experience with Wooplix Technologies Private Limited. I hired them for Zoho configuration for my Dreamland Vacations project, trusting their claim of being a certified Zoho partner. Initially, everything sounded promising—Vivek (the project manager) made strong commitments and assured complete delivery. Based on those assurances, I paid around ₹50,000. However, the reality was completely different. The company appears to rely heavily on inexperienced freshers who lacked even basic understanding of Zoho. As someone from a marketing background, I often felt I knew more than the people assigned to my project. To make matters worse, the developers kept changing frequently, and every new person had to start from scratch—with the same lack of knowledge. They submitted the project four different times, and each time it was incomplete, poorly executed, and they couldn’t even explain why things were not working as expected. There was no accountability, no proper troubleshooting, and no ownership of the project. Eventually, they simply stopped responding altogether—no support, no closure, nothing. This experience cost me both time and money, and more importantly, delayed my business operations. I strongly advise others to think twice before working with them, especially for something as critical as CRM implementation. Professionalism, technical expertise, and accountability were completely missing.
