Been to WOW Apartment recently, at Medavakkam, to attend a family event at my colleague's house, I must say I had terribly underestimated Urban Tree's potential to build amazing apartments. I was Wowed by the nice spacious apartment towers built by these folks. My colleague's house was thoughtfully built, especially I loved the broad windows & spacious balconies that Urban Tree apartments generally has in place (as told by my colleague). The only downside is the waste of quite a lot of common space (just for unnecessary vast corridors & unused sit-out spaces) which could've been utilised in a better manner otherwise.

Nice construction on marvellous design of WOW by UrbanTree constructions. Good structure with four floors and 10 blocks having eligible parking facilities and no water problem and perfect safety securities. Think they made owners association. Good way of living.
