Wrenchworks 24/7 Emergency Towing In Boone NC & AutoRepairPROVerified business?

These guys are amazing! We were from out of town, planning to drive home the next day when something happened and we needed someone to look at it ASAP. They looked at it, helped us right there in the parking lot, and within an hour, it was fixed! Special thanks to Mike who was the one gracious enough to stop what he was doing and help us. Very personable, kind, and made sure everything was good before we left. Highly recommend!

My son dropped his vehicle off recently for minor service. Service was done absolutely fine but he was shocked when he saw his vehicle driving off the premises at the time of the scheduled pickup. To our surprise, it was another customer, young female driver, driving a technician to pick up another car some distance away. My son’s vehicle was used as if it was a loaner. I’m not sure what they would have done if she wrecked. But completely unprofessional and we will not be back no matter how good they are.

I seriously can’t say enough good things about him and the work he’s done. Every time I need help, he’s there and always takes care of everything without making it stressful. He’s super honest, explains things in a way that actually makes sense, and you can tell he genuinely cares. Not just about the car, but about the person too. He’s helped me out more times than I can count. Genuinely couldn’t have a better service. 10/10
